Girl's STEM Statewide Summit

Jr.Tech, Inc., is a Massachusetts-based non-profit that has delivered STEM education programs in Massachusetts for over 10 years.  Jr. Tech, with support from their Facility Sponsor, Regis, will host a premier statewide summit for high school girls called, Girls STEM Summit–Statewide.  The daylong event will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Regis in Weston, MA and its focus is for girls in grades 8-12 who are interested in careers in the STEM fields.  During the Summit, the girls will:

  1. Experience an inspirational keynote speech from a female leader in a STEM field
  2. Meet successful women working as experts in STEM fields, and work directly with them in hands-on, career-specific workshops
  3. Expand their knowledge of STEM industries and emerging career paths
  4. Explore additional STEM fields in a mid-day Exhibit Hall.

Any students interested in attending this summit can inquire about registration at the main office of Burlington High School.
