Graduation Indoors Today

Due to the inclement weather, Burlington High School’s Graduation Ceremony will be indoors today at the Vanella Gymnasium.

The rainfall this morning prohibited us from setting up properly at Varsity Field and the forecast for rain and thunderstorms throughout this afternoon forced us to make the decision to move the ceremony indoors.

For our indoor ceremony please remember to keep the following in mind:

  • Each family is given 4 tickets for entry to the indoor ceremony. Due to capacity issues and in an effort to be fair to ALL families, there are no additional tickets available.
  • There will be a simulcast of the ceremony played in the Fogelberg Auditorium. Any additional family members over four (4) can watch the ceremony there. Family members are welcome to come back to they gym for pictures immediately following the ceremony.
  • Doors to the Vanella Gymnasium will not open until 1:00. There will be no entry prior to reserve seats.
  • Parking is limited in the general vicinity of the gymnasium. Please plan to park in the student or faculty parking lots.

I look forward to a great day as we celebrate the class of 2016 and their graduation from Burlington High School.
