Mid-Year Exams

Mid-year exams are on the horizon.  Second quarter grades will close on January 18, exams will be held from January 22 to January 25, and second semester will begin on January 28.  Please review the mid-year exam schedule below and please make special note of the 2-hour delayed opening and changes in the bus schedules.

Parents may make appointments for teacher conferences on exam days, and students may make up any missed exam as outlined in the above schedule.

If inclement weather results in the cancellation of school, the schedule will be moved back and exams will be given when classes resume.  For example, if school is cancelled on Tuesday, January 22, students will take their 1^st and 2^nd period exams on Wednesday, January 23, or when they return to school.

Students may use the Library or Cafeteria A and B for quiet study during the period prior to or between scheduled exams.  Students are required to be present only when they have an exam scheduled.

Attention to parents of 9th graders - MENTOR TUTORING will be available for any freshmen taking midterms exams. Mentors will be available in the cafeteria after school from 2pm-3pm to answer questions, help with subject matter and advise freshmen about the mid term exam schedule.  Please see below for the tutoring schedule:
