2012 Collab Earns Excellent Rating in National Contest

The 2012 scores for the National Council of Teachers of English competition for high school literary magazines have just been published, and Collab is pleased to report that it earned a rating of Excellent (earning 81-90 points out of 100) in the competition, which is the second-highest possible rating in the competition. Only four magazines in Massachusetts earned the highest rating this year. This was the first entry into a national competition for Collab in nearly a decade, and the highest ranking Collab has received since winning the top prize in this same competition in 1999.

Congratulations to the editors for putting forth an Excellent magazine last year.  And thank you again to the contributors to our 2012 magazine - this score is a testament to the strength of your stories, poetry, and artwork!
