Helping Our Troops Drive

Burlington High School will once again be participating in the Helping Our Troops drive.

The Community Service Club at BHS greatly appreciates the overwhelming response to last year’s appeal and they are hoping to give even more this year.

If you are interested in donating items, this year the soldier’s wish list includes:

Drinks: Crystal Light, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Lemonade, and Tang

Snacks: Little Debbie snacks, Applesauce cups, Raisins, Nuts, and lollipops

Toiletries: Chap Stick, Q- Tips, band-aids, toothbrush, and toothpaste

Miscellaneous: Paper, Pens ( black ink), Ziploc bags, peel’n seal envelopes, and AAA batteries

Medicine and Vitamins: aspirin, foot powder, Tylenol, Motrin, and Neosporin

Personal Items: Small hand towels, white tube cotton socks, bandanas, and small medical kits.

Fun Stuff: Checkers, dice, cards, game boys, and chess.
