Summer Strength and Conditioning Program For Students

The Burlington High School Athletic Department is offering a summer Strength and Conditioning Program.  The goal of the program is to instruct students in weightlifting, flexibility, endurance, agility, and plyometric training in preparation for the Fall Athletic Season.  The program begins on Mon 7/5 and runs through 8/13, taking place on Monday and Thursday from 4-7pm and Tuesday and Wednesday from 12-3pm.  The fee for the program is $50 per student.  Completed forms (below) should be turned into the Athletic Office.  The program is open to all students regardless of whether they participate in a fall sport.

  1. I, personally, think that this is a great idea!! It will get them ready for practice, no matter for which sport they are participating.
