  2. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this comment but it could fall under objective IV, "to increase and achieve expectations." I would like to see an increase in membership for Burlington's National Honor Society. I don't think BHS has a good representation of students that may very well meet the standards and requirements. I can't find much information that addresses this program and whether students could qualify up to their senior year if they meet the 3.0 and other qualifications. I'm very interested in knowing what the surrounding towns use as qualifications and how many students represent the NHS in comparison to BHS. I'm aware of many NHS students in other towns that possess the same academic and leadership qualities as some BHS students who were not chosen to represent the NHS.

  3. I do see the advantages for a 1:1 setting where everyone has a laptop, however one of my main concers are the laptops battery life and laptops getting stolen especially during gym. Also, sometimes it is beneficial for a student to still use a textbook. It is much easier to flip through an actuall book than one online. One example would be finding quotes for an english paper.
