From Information Scarcity to Information Overload

Image from www.son.web.id

I remember starting out in education (as a teacher) and searching through resources for a nugget of information that would help me do a better job with my teaching. Then again as I transitioned into administration, I was constantly on the prowl for periodicals, books, websites, and mentors that would help me do a better job.

Thankfully, I am no longer short on information or positive role models to help me in my quest to grow as an educator. In fact the problem has been reversed, I now have to get better at looking through all of the information flowing my way through Google reader, Twitter, etc.

What a tremendous paradigm shift! Help!?
