The Boston Celtics and Children's Hospital Boston are teaming up with Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone, Athletic Evolution, and Arbella Insurance to discuss youth fitness and the dangers of substance abuse. A panel of influential athletes and other notable figures will speak on the importance of healthy choices and living. All that is required to enter the event is to complete a registration form for a Boston Celtics License Plate. All proceeds from the Boston Celtics License Plates benefit Children's Hospital Boston, a partner of the team's Shamrock Foundation.
