We Need Your Help To Honor Our Heroes

The BHS Community Service Club is gathering goods for its annual Honor our Heroes Drive. Please check out the video from last year's drive as well as the list of items below that we need to make this year's efforts a success.

LETS DO IT AGAIN!

Lets pay tribute to our troops in the Middle East by sending as much TLC packages as we can!

Thanks to the many who gave so generously last time. We have already shipped TONS of large packages filled with wonderful gifts! We also received many grateful letters from the recipients. We would like to send more care packages to those who are still sacrificing so that we can enjoy our freedom.

Please give from the heart and bring the following much needed and appreciated items for our wonderful GI’s: (Also a fund has been set up “honor our heroes” for those who’d rather give a check.)

  • Phone cards – 450 min. or more – (AT&T Brand only) (Sam’s Club sells 900 minutes for only 25.00!)
  • Gold Bond medicated powder
  • DVD’s
  • Sun screen lotions
  • Chapstick w/sun scree
  • Baby wipes
  • Snack bars like chewy granola bars
  • Dried fruits & nuts
  • Powdered drink mixes, like Gatorade, iced tea mix, Tang, etc
  • Stationary & envelopes, note pads, greeting cards, etc.
  • Sugar free chewing gum
  • Socks, T-shirts, Patriots or Red Sox memorabilia, hats, shirts, etc.
  • Beef jerky
  • Playing cards, small board games (travel size)
  • Frisbees & footballs
  • Writing pens & pencils, markers, etc
  • Well packaged cookies

Please drop off items at The Coffee Emporium in Billerica Center, Northern Bank & Trust in the Billerica & Burlington centers, American Legion in Woburn, the Burlington High School office, Century 21 Travis in Billerica or mail to: “Honor our Heroes” PO Box 64, Nuttings Lake, MA 01865
